1)Rajma + Chane+Moongfali +Moong+ 10 badam 


Post-workout :-

Exercise ke bad 

1)3 ya 4 egg boild 

10 badam 

10 kaju

2 akrod 

10 munaka


Breakfast-:

1) 2 brown bread peanut butter lga ker 

2)2egg boild 

3)1 glass milk 


                       Lunch :- 2:00


Evening lunch



Rice + Daal + green vegetable 

2 Chapati + Salad

50gm paneer 

                           Dinner -:

Dinner in late night , night dinner


Rice , dal ya 3 roti 

50gm paneer 

Salad
